Post-Conviction Relief
in Criminal Court

One half-day seminar on:

  • Deadlines and requirements for post-conviction relief in criminal court;
  • Immigration effects of various forms of post-conviction relief;
  • How to expunge California convictions; and
  • How to vacate convictions and sentences entirely.

Seminar 2 Criminal Defense of Immigrants

One half-day seminar for criminal lawyers covering:

(1) Criminal Defense Techniques to avoid convictions that trigger immigration consequences; and

(2) Post-Conviction Relief to eliminate convictions for immigration (and other) purposes.
